OK Diana.. ill say some more. then this will be it.. it was private enough..you wana know why i was so upset at her? well she had the nerve to say that i sent her a walking skeleton.. when the horse i sent was fat. she left it at the shippers for a couple of weeks after he left my house with the shipper.. the shipper even had called me asking if i had her phone number because she had not shown up. When she finally said she got the horse. all was well. She said he was fat healthy, etc and having fun in the field..,
then not long ago she accuses me of sending her a walking skeleton. and that she had all kinds of vet bills because of it and that is why she never finished paying me.. and when i ask her for an apology about her accusation.. and i sent several emails asking for explainations why her story changed so much.. i get a email saying. o you must not have gotten the email that i sent earlier. saying he died from a ruptured spleen.
I have proof that I sent her a fat horse. photos and plenty of witnesses... ill say something else.. she still owes me money. i still have the horses papers till that money was paid.. it is not much. but it is enough that the papers will not go to her. i asked the first question because i was really currious.. and a bit upset the second one i asked was because none of my emails asking her to explain were being answerd .pluss i wanted to find out.. just what she told the humane socioty. if he was a skeleton when they did the necropsy. did she try laying the blame on me? when she had him for a good 3 months? that horse was an easy keeper at my house.
and no explaination was forthcomming from that person.. and yes.. you are right. i had no use for the horse.. but had i known what would have happened.. i would have kept him..if i wanted to just dump him. i would have sent him to auction and been done with it.. but i didnt.. i held on to him til i thought a good home came along... i was not going to just dump a horse at the auction. it is not his fault the person that sold him to me misrepresentted him. i did tell the new owner before she even got him everything that was wrong with him..i had him in the pasture with my 3pregnant mares. he was happy tho he could not breed.. he moved around had excersize. and was getting stronger. during the time i had him i was even working him backing him up building up the muscles as well as i could. and walking him through deep sand.... i guess enough is said.i defended myself enough to you.
