Thanks, Kate. Ebony is doing very well. The friend who drove her trailer to get him (my 35' trailer would not fit!) came by yesterday to see him and said she could already see some weight gain.
He's such a smart horse. Has figured out how to have his feet picked up and cleaned, how to "wear" a fleece saddle pad...even on his head, how to walk (and stop) on a lead, and how to be fed numerous times a day! He's a real delight and we're all in love with him. Such a positive attitude for having endured such neglect. There are some pics at the following website.
