Well you can do what you feel is safe, but to me I wouldnt start the riding stuff till your horse has a concept of what the last 3 games are and can do them nicely on lower phases (such as a 2 or 3) It doesnt need to be perfect. I say that because thats what the riding stuff is built off of. If you dont have the foundation your other stuff wont come together as well. But to be more confident and successful having positive reactions and less opposition reflex is the name of the "game" If you are already able to go through the games in a short amount of time and at lower phases go for it. But if you are still having to go back and work on "power struggles", trust issues or bond time I would put it off maybe a week or so. (or as long as you need in order to get things sorted out so both of you stay safe) Like I said it doesnt have to be perfect. Trust your gut feeling. If you feel you are ready go with your gut and move onto the next thing in the booklet. Either way follow the program, its designed to be followed for optimum success! :D Its hard for me to see since I am not there, but based off of what you said and your past experience you ladies will be just fine. Trust your gut and if you get up there and see you just aren't communicating as much as you like dont be ashamed to get off. Its the savvy thing to do I know I probably told ya a bunch of stuff you already know, but sometimes having someone confirm how you feel really helps you continue to go in the right direction. Good Luck and I cant wait to see pictures!!!!
