Posted by Andy The impression given is that the weather was against them and the fish hard to find, but they still managed to catch fouteen mackerel up to 30 odd pounds, numerouse mulloway and plenty of tailor. It's great reading and makes you realise that, good though the fishing is in W.A., It's nowhere near as good as it used to be.

If you get a chance, there is a new piece on the website called "Jonah goes back to Kalbarri" about a fishing trip to Kalbarri, made by some club members back in 1963.
