Greetings from Southern California.
I'll be in WA for 4weeks starting march13th mostly surfing, but from what I can tell online the fishing looks great. Here I mostly go for tuna a few times a year using all open face reels. I don't own any surf fishing gear. I've looked into purchasing a setup here but was wondering because of having to lug it half way round the globe would it be easy to get some decent gear in or south of Perth. And what do you reckon it would cost. I can get a decent not great rod and reel setup here for about $100-150USD.
