It seems that Terry Fuller's article in the recent ReelTalk omits a few of the facts.
Frank Prokop was involved in the 2 1/2 year process to develop these plans, wasn't he?
Along with other fisheries & charter boat reps, who have successfully had significant impact on which shore areas are included in the marine sanctuaries. The plan seems to make no impact on all the most popular shore fishing areas.
