Came across your message re search for Gordon Hume. I too have been searching for him with not much luck. I discovered that his dad Tom was my Grandmother Jeans brother,and his dad therefore,William Hume was my Great Grandfather. Feel free to contact me to discuss more. i live near Biggar,Lanarkshire.
