Hello, Hopefully someone can clue me in. My grandma went to visit her aunt in Missourri, and was helping clean out her home. She found medals and pictures of Robert E Stoddard. Dates were in the 1940's during ww2. (!942-1944) I just wondered if anyone knew who he was, and if there is a connection to the Richmond family of Cardiff, Arkansas. (If so, how?) I found 2 Robert E Stoddards on differnt web sites... one said Robert E Stoddard was killed in WWII. Another was about a RES that was in WWII, but survived & went on to live in Oklahoma. I know the RES I am looking for, went to the Phillipeans (sp?) because there was notations next to his medals about good conduct there. My grandma is curious to see if he is a relative, or family friend since we have his medals. It'd be neat to find his history... Thanks to anyone with info! Aubrey
