Dear Stoddard My name is Richard McLain and my mother is a Stoddard, Roberta Stoddard from Nebraska in the USA. My Maternal Uncle Jay Stoddard of Grand Island, Nebraska has traced our line to an Amos Stoddard who was a representative of the US Govt. in St. Louis when St. Louis became part of the US in the Lousiana Purchase transfer.
