Family Tree - Charles Henry Francis Stoddard

I was helping my mother, who has moved to assisted living (early Alzheimers), go through her papers. I found a letter to her from Charles Stoddard (Littleton, NH, February, 1986), which included some charts using Charles Henry Francis Stoddard as a starting point. It seems my mother along with her aunts and uncles provided Charles with family information history from Hingham and in appreciation, he sent the family tree. Does anyone know how I might find the finished product (if there was one)? I was thinking it would be a nice surprise for her. Also, if there is any information needed from the Hingham/Quincy Mass area, send me an email and I'll see what my mom can remember.
