Hello fellow kinsmen, I too am from Southern Ca. My father Phillip Morgan came from Shortsville NY. Moved to Southern CA with his mother when he was a young teen (1930 ish). Thought it would be fun to drop you a note. There is a Stoddard Wells Rd. as you head North from the San Fernando Valley, it's on the way to Victorville CA. Don't know much about the name of it or of Stoddard Canyon. I will do some research and if I find anything I will let you know. Hope you do the same.
