James &Nancy (Reilly) Stoddart - Ireland to Pennsylvania

Looking for origins of James STODDART who married Nancy Reilly and resided in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in the late 1700s and early 1800s. Both were born in Ireland.
Is he related to Robert STODDARTwho also came from Ireland and settled in Moon Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania?
