Looking for origins of Robert STODDART (STODDARD) who came from Ireland to Pennsylvania (with perhaps a stop in Hagerstown, Maryland) in the late 1700s. I find him and wife Margaret (maiden name perhaps Seeton) in Carlisle, Cumberland County, in 1789. By 1800 they were in Moon township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
