Posted by maria From what I've read, your doctor is right about your child's prognosis. However, some trisomy 22 children have survived, so it's not entirely impossible that your child might live. i had a baby girl born with full trisomy 22 and she only lived 1 hour i have heard of children who have lived when i posted a message a women responded with this:

I suggest you contact the support organisation for trisomy 18, 13 and similar conditions, who's website is http://www.trisomy.org/ . They are a support group for parents of babies with deadly chromosome disorders. I am sure this is a hard time for you, and since I have no idea what it's like to be in your situation, the best I can do is help you find people who understand
