Trisomy 22

I am looking for information on Complete Trisomy 22. I have recently miscarried for the second time in six months. I was told that the miscarriage was due to complete Trisomy 22. There was an additional 22 chromosome seen in each metaphase. I have two healthy children, are they carriers of this gene as well? For this rare abnormality to occur, do both my husband and I have to be carriers? Any answers would be great! Could this have occured during fertilization or cell division? Looking for answers!
