Not Walking, Low grade fever

My son David is 9 1/2 years old with partial trisomy 22. Last week he stopped eating and walking, has low grade fever had some vomiting. His hip xrays show no fractures. His CT scan showed mild constipation - treated with an enema. He is still not walking independently, he is not willing to sit up straight or sit down for very long. When given pain meds, he did begin to eat, but still not walking or sitting up for very long. Any advice would be welcome.
