I have no idea if this information will help but years ago I worked with special needs kids who suffered from poor sucking reflex and poor muscle tone. These kids had a syndrom called Prader Willey. Could this be the syndrom name you are looking for? I am not 100 percet sure if the spelling I used is correct but check anything with similar sound. If by chance this would be your case please get back to me and I will put you in cotact with someone who would have a lot of information for you.
