info on 11;22 other pregnancy

I was wondering if any one had info on trying to have another baby after have a child with 11;22 I am going to be trying soon and it has been ten years since I had my little angel. But I am very worried on how many times it may take I heard you can miscarriage in the first timester, does any one have any info
