new baby with problems

Does anyone know of a 22 deletion related to something like Trager syndrome??? I can't find anything about it. I am familiar with DeGeorge Syndrome and VCFS - baby is ok on long chromosome test, normal MRI of brain, normal blood, no heart defects...poor sucking and low tone are main problems. Thanks for any help!
