Partial Trisomy 22p

Hi,
My baby is 3 weeks old. He has been diagnosed with Partial trisomy 22p. He has an extra chromosome material on the q arm. It is some material duplicated from the p arm.
Please let me know if anyone has seen such a case and what is the prognosis for such babies.
