found out last week(10-15-08) that I have chromosome translocation with trisomy (10;22).I have one good chromosome in each (10;22) but on the bad(10;22)the bottom of each have changed places. I find this fascinating but sad. I have had 4 misscariges in 3 years. was told by my genetic doctor that no one knew what kind of effect that it would have on a baby, but obviousley would be devastating. I am hoping that within the next year or so to have PGD (Preimplantion genetic diagnosis)done, than IVF in hopes of one day fulfilling my dream of being a mother
