I would like more information about trisomy 22 ... I have a family friend who was diagnosed with it recently. I would like to know how long they live, and what problems they usually have...this person had a severe heart defects as well as vaginal-anal fistula, and imperforate anus. It appears that the imperfoate anus is quite common finding, anything else you can share about general understanding of trisomy 22 mosiac presentation would be much appreciated. Thanks
