Duplication on Xp 22.3/ Yp 11.32

Hello,
My 6 year olds Microarray and FISH test result came back with a duplication on her Xp 22.3 chromosome at Yp 11.32
I have no idea what this means and am waiting for our genetic counseling next month. I did read that she does not have the SHOX gene and there are very few cases like hers. She was diagnosed pdd at the age of 3. Not sure if this has anything to do with that. Any info would be great.
