I want to know what people/moms do with their special needs children when they go grocery shopping. My son can't sit up on his own, so he can't sit in the shopping cart, but he's getting too big for his carrying car seat. I really don't want to push a stroller and pull a shopping cart at the same time. But I also don't want to take him away from the outside world. So what do you do?
