Yes hi I was just diagnosed with 22q 11 cardio facial deletion syndrome. My whole family is kind of perplexed about this, I have no facial features indicating the physical diagnosis but other abnormalities to confirm as well as the phish test. Anybody out there have any simular problem or does everyones child have some sort of facial feature to help confirm. A reply of this would be greatly appreciated since I was not diagnosed as a child with this due to the non facial features and just barely diagnosed now. Sincerly Tom Chase
