My 2 year old son Jared has 22q12.1 duplication so he cannot be immunized with vaccines which have live viruses for example the MMR but this is because he has an immunodeficency. Do you know if your daughter has any type of immunodeficency? This would be the first step is to find out. Best wishes to you and God Bless
