Confined Placental Mosaicism w/ 22

Hello -- Just wondering if anyone had received a diagnosis during pregnancy that showed Trisomy 22 was confined to the placenta with a clear amnio and, if so, what was the outcome? Was there an issue with growth, or any other issues? Thank you.
