I found this site by a browser search for serious poetry. I am perusing through the posts, and enjoying what you have put together, and its interactive format... I didn't intend to blitz your page, but got carried away, like a puppy waiting to be petted, reacts to a kind word..
I am not a in tune with most au courant poetry sites, with my love for conventional poetry, but
only where the message is clear and the language
not stilted for rhyme. I am most happy with a hybrid blend where the rhyme is hidden but sings
when read. Most of my early poems now displease me, too. Affirmation, that someone understands what you are writing is sweet, but infrequent.
