If you can manage to foot the bill, set up an accout, and you can have the lab send the necessary bottles, tubes to your location and have water operators take and send in the samples. The sample bottles are shipped in coolers with chain of custody forms. Another test you can do, is to obtain Total Coliform Test Kit and incubate the test tubes in room temperature for a period of 44 hours.
