Hello good afternoon my friends. I have a question about oil spills. I know that were suppose to report to ADEC Division of Spill Prevention and Response as soon one has knwledge on the discharge, but it was brought up to me late. I just thought I'd get someones opinion on what to do before I contact DEC even though its been four months. During our spring flooding, waste oil was released. Do to not knowing how much was released, Im not sure what to do. Is it possible to do ground testing on the site where it was released? Thanks.
