The Supreme Court is going to allow mine tailings to be dumped into the lower slate lake near Juneau over a period of ten years. If this is allowed then other mining companies may be able to dump their tailings into other lakes in Alaska. This is outragous. All marine life in the lake will die. And if it leaks out or the dam fails just think about how many other animals will die.
