we did,all the way to the district office, but they didn't keep their word. i guess the ordinance should be drafted. seems, the schools/teachers should have known these already since they have whatchamacallit degrees.
anyway,stay warm, it's beginning to freeze here, just about time to go,dashing thru the snow. be safe.
