Hi,
I am graduate student at the University of Alaska Fairbanks and would like to conduct a research study based on contaminant transport, which may will leach out of the permafrost layer caused from open dump sites. The research will covering chemical analytical work to identifying and determine concentration levels from leaching chemical, which then can be correlated to health impacts. I am contacting you because we are very interested in working closely together with a Rural Alaska Community living in the permafrost zone, who having questions, problems with the waste management procedure.
For any help, inputs, ideas I am very thankful
