Where are the Translator for this election!

Isn't the State of Alaska suppose to have an translators for the nonspeakers of Alaskans at the election booth? I am sure the other cultures had a translator at the election time or is it only just happening at the bigger cities like Bethel, Anchorage, Fairbanks where they are being watched by State of Alaska's personnal level, but what about the Rural Villages cause I did not see one here in my village. What is wrong with this picture?
