Hey,
I was wondering which villages are attempting to address their utility conservations/cutting of costs. Example: I think it was St. Paul, but they were using prepaid meters. Did the utility strain get lessened? Also which villages are currently using and/or planning to use hydro-generation through a river system for power generation? In general, what are some villages doing to reduce the cost per kilowatt hour?
