You could try bacitrartion, but first you have to wash the infected area, not just area where there rash, but the whole, and bacitration and tape it with white tape, white sucks the infected area, and wash daily, like 3 times a day, and before bed time, and if they fall a sleep, put ointment while there sleeping, if it doesn't work look up google and find out.
