Sores and rashes

Is it only happening in my village? My 2 year old daughter has sores and rashes from bug bites. A few more kids have the same problem. Now rashes look like open sores. Maybe scratching the wounds is helping them become infected, but why rashes and pus even if they are well taken care of? I'm curious if other villages have the same issue.
