If you have concerns about your landfill (dump), you'll need to contact either your Village Council or City Council. The landfill owners/operators are responsible for the operation of the landfill. You might speak to the council members and try to get them to stop burning at the landfill. Burning is sometimes allowed but it needs to be in a container, like a burnbox. Open burning is not allowed and is dangerous to the environment. Its dangerous because of the smoke and because it causes wildfires.
