Last I'd heard....under EPA, this was not an allowable expense.....it would be up to your committee to fundraise to supplement their stipends should they chose to. And they can make their own policies. You may want to ask any of your council's in the village if you could use theirs' as an example, or the one you have for your IGAP would do.
