you need to start studying real hard about your concerns, if you have evironmental concern like argriculture or farmers, look up Environmental Protection Agency or FEMA it is not FDA it is EPA or FEMA that are responsible for soil and water not food department!very suspicious predicament you have there.
further more there is no solutions to racisim as well, very very bad.
