I have been having the same problems here, too. I have been asking the same question and I can think of one thing:
I can only guess, maybe EPA can help us to find a place as to where to put or place these unwanted bulk tanks, since they are the ones who are regulating the regulations to us. With all of this industries wanting to come to us even if we don't want them, too. What kind I say but when in doubt ask the EPA since it takes us forever to find the answer to our problem. Why Not Just do that and that might just solve our worst headaches. Just thinking positive about it.
