If the seal has not been broken on the bottles, chances are that the product is still usable. If all else fails, google the words "isopropyl alcohol and the disposal of". You'll find answers there.

What village are you at? Can someone else in the village use this product? What is the expiration date? Has the seal been broken on the bottles? I'm assuming these are plastic bottles.
