Hello! We have a community plan in place since 1998 and has since been a sucessful one. The City has a used-oil burner to heat the garage and people in the community bring used oil from trucks,cars, four-wheelers and dump their cans into a five hundred gallon capacity tank. If it's full, the mechanic will direct a person to a semi-full 55- gallon container.
