We were talking about draining them but we are afraid of the residue they might have. They might release toxic fumes. I think they are too big for a burn barrel too. We talked about cleaning them, cutting them in half and put the scrap metals in them. BIA said they have nothing to do with them. I was told BIA did but them there when they build the School back in the 60's.
