In order to start saving money on shipping out hazardous materials and recyclable items, i think it would be nice if the City of Bethel could start recycling recyclable materials on site and as for hazardous materials maybe they could come up with somekind of facility to handle or safely dispose the hazardous materials, basically make it a HUB for the villages to send in recycable items and hazardous materials and that way the money will stay in the State of Alaska.
