DangeousLion roots is also excellent diuretic and the greens is rich in Vit A and other good stuff.
Thanx for reminding me to take a break from the chores and hassles and grab a mess of them from the yard b4 they get tough. Lord knows I could use some kinda boot in the supercharger these days.....
