that Pink Slime (so called lean beef trimmings that are mostly connective tissue boiled in ammonia to kill the bacteria) show that ABCnews did was a big wake up to a lot of people. Funny ABC the next day posted a list of major chains that didn't and did sell ground beef adulterated with the Slime, but left Walmart off the list for some reason.....hmmmm
