On a side note, Monday evening, I attended a seminar on strengthening the immune system in view of the H1N1 hype It was given by the holistic physician I have been going to for the past four years. Very interesting....she was a biochemist before becoming a holistic osteopathic physician.
Anyhoo, one of the things she talked about was the pollution and contaminates in the air, water and ground and said that she uses a Big Berkies in her offices and at home to purify her water.
