my prioritized list of possible things that could go bad, cause a disaster for the U.S.A.:
1. mideast war
2. double dip recession, doing deep into Depression levels for the 2nd valley, could be from internal domino effect of failures still in progress or forced by international event, selloff of dollar
3. civil war caused by a few state governments refusing to go along with unconstitutional federal government agendas
4. terrorist attack, maybe with the federal government purposely failing to intervene to prevent it to allow broad expansion of power
