Last night the prez declared a naional swine flu emergency in advance of supposedly "the big outbreak". This leads to suspension of a lot of normal rules and regulations, etc and proly also gives authorities a lot of broader dictatorial powers. That's not in the article but bet I am right on that. A lot of those older FEMA regs and so on we looked at years ago are probably in force now.
